About Naomi Miller LAc, MAcOM, DiplOM

Rooted in ancient wisdom, informed by science.

My Path to Healing

My journey into the healing arts began with movement. From a young age, I was drawn to the body’s intelligence, dancing with Ballet Idaho and later performing internationally with a semi-professional company. That deep connection to the body led me to begin teaching yoga in 2000, where I saw how breath and movement could spark profound transformation.

I earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Dance from Western Oregon University, graduating summa cum laude, with minors in Biology and French. I later completed a Master’s in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) in 2009.

Food, Environments & Rooted Wellness

Food as medicine has always been central to my work. My master’s thesis explored the role of traditional medicinal diets in long-term health. I was head chef at a Waldorf school in Piedmont, Italy, where I created an organic school lunch program based on WAPF/GAPS principles and taught cooking classes rooted in ancestral food wisdom.

I’ve also worked as a private chef and consultant for families and small businesses, designing therapeutic home kitchens, home pharmacies, and wellness-aligned living and workspaces—collaborating with biologic builders and supporting detox-supportive design for homes and offices.

In recent years, I’ve facilitated wellness retreats (including a GAPS-based retreat in the Italian Alps) and continue to consult for the Primal Medicine Divine Reset and contribute to Primal Medicine Mastery. My clients receive practical culinary coaching woven with therapeutic nutrition and ancestral health strategies.

My Approach

I provide individualized, root-cause care that nourishes body, mind, and spirit. Whether supporting fertility, perimenopause, detoxification, digestion, or chronic illness, I help clients cultivate resilience through nourishment and precision care. My practice blends Classical Chinese Medicine, therapeutic nutrition, and integrative strategies—offered both in-person and virtually to meet you where you are.

I believe true healing starts from the ground up—restoring vitality, clarity, and wholeness so you can thrive, fully alive.
